Wales Mens Lacrosse

I started playing lacrosse at the age of 13, I was lucky enough to be at a school which supported the local clubs junior teams. The major enticement for me to play came when I heard the U14 and U16 teams were doing a USA tour in the summer of 2000. After this tour where I played midfield and scored my first ever goal my fate was sold.
In 2003 I played for the Wales U19 team in Towson, Baltimore, this was an incredible experience for me at that age and one I will never forget, friendships were forged not only with my team-mates but with opposition teams also.
In total I have played in two U19 World Championships 2003 & 2008, two Celtic Cups 2005 & 2009, Two European Championships 2004 & 2008 and Two World Championships 2006 and 2010.
Alongside all of this I Coach and Referee lacrosse, I was a founding member of the Sheffield Hallam University Mens Lacrosse Club. Ive been on many tours, tournaments across Europe and feel privileged to have met so many incredible, hillarious and generous people on my travels!
My life so far has been sculpted by the game of lacrosse and the people within it. I can only hope the future holds the same.
