Lacrosse started for me while I was studying at the University of Wales, Swansea in 2004. What began as something new to do has turned into a ten year obsession which has taken me from a complete novice to international athlete. Through lacrosse I have had the opportunity to travel to numerous countries, be introduced to many interesting people and to have met some of my best friends.
I first started playing with Wales Lacrosse around 2007 and had the incredible honour to play in my first international tournament in 2008 at the European Championship in Lahti, Finland. Since then I have competed at both a further European Championships, a Celtic Cup and a World Championships.
The 2014 World Championship in Denver, USA will be my second world games and a chance to represent Wales at the largest international lacrosse tournament in history.
