I represented Wales in the 2009 Celtic Cup (Edinburgh, Scotland), the 2010 World Championships (Manchester, England) and both the 2008 (Lahti, Finland) and 2012 (Amsterdam, Netherlands) European Championships. Unfortunately I was injured in the run up to the 2014 World Championship trials and missed out on what looked like the biggest and best to date.

While injured, I helped set up the Dragons squad and coached them to the Development Trophy at the 2014 British National Championships. It’s great to see a couple of the guys from that squad getting selected for the Championships in Hungary, a testament to the development of the Dragons team.

Spending 18 months out of the game made me appreciate exactly what the sport, and representing Wales, means to me. To be selected again after a 4 year international absence has been one of my biggest achievements.

Locally I play for Norbury Lacrosse Club and have done so for 21 years. I’ve captained the 1st team for the past 8 years and coached the U16 and U19 teams for the past 9 years.
